Burrito Budz was created when Lou and Chelsea crossed paths in the convenience store industry and realized there was a major opportunity to reinvent grab-and-go food. Eric joined meeting Lou in the convenience store space when Lou was running C-stores in South Florida.

Lou brought years of restaurant experience to the table after graduating from Johnson & Wales University and building a career in restaurant operations and culinary execution. 

Chelsea spent over a decade leading and supporting a large network of QSR operations throughout Alabama, developing deep expertise in systems, execution, and team leadership.

By combining their experience, they recognized the growing need for affordable, handcrafted food solutions inside convenience stores.

Today, Burrito Budz remains a family-owned company focused on serving communities, supporting operators, and bringing affordable, flavorful food to neighborhoods across the country.
